What you enter
Your email address and password when you create an account, and the plan you build: your name, stream or course, goal, target date, study hours, roadmap, weekly plan, notes, links, mock-test scores and progress. Apart from your email and password, everything is optional.
How we keep it
- Your plan is stored in our database, linked to your account, so it can sync between your devices.
- Your password is never stored as you typed it. We keep only a secure one-way fingerprint of it.
- While you use the planner, your browser may keep a temporary copy of changes that have not synced yet. It is removed once they are saved, and when you log out.
- Your theme, text size and running timer are remembered in your browser on that device only.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Emails we send
We email you only when you ask for a password reset link. That email may contain a tiny image that tells us whether it was opened. If you write to us through the Contact page, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
Website statistics
We count visits to the website with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies and does not identify you.
What we do not do
No ads, no selling or renting of your data, and no sharing of your plan with other students.
Service providers
Our hosting, database and email providers process data on our behalf, only to run Time4Study. Fonts are served from our own website.
Students under 18
If you are under 18, please use Time4Study with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
Your choices
You can download a backup, reset your plan or delete your account from Settings at any time. Deleting your account removes your account and its plan from our database.
